On June 30, 2006, the Registrant issued the attached press release announcing that Analogic Corporation has filed a lawsuit against FST based on its alleged interference of a license agreement between Analogic and SDI and relating to development of TIICM™ countermanpads technology on which SDI and FST have filed a joint patent application, which is incorporated herein as Exhibit 99.1 filed with this Form 8-K.
